Campus and the local community can be very, very busy on this day. Restaurants are usually very busy and waits can be long. As part of the Department event, we offer a congratulatory reception of light appetizers in the KCPA's Studio Theatre following the convocation ceremony. All graduates and their families are invited to attend.
You are eligible to participate in the Department of Physics/Department of Astronomy Convocation Ceremony if you graduated since May 2020 or will complete requirements this May.
You must register in advance to participate in the Department of Physics/Department of Astronomy Convocation Ceremony. This year's registration process is completely online. In order to complete your registration, please click on this link to provide information required for the Convocation program.
Registration must be completed by 11:59 pm on Friday, April 15, 2022.

Parking will be available in the Krannart Center parking garage and in the Gregory Drive parking garage. Metered parking is also available.
