Maggie Verrico is a second-year graduate student in the astronomy department.  She works with Decker French on the host galaxies of highly variable AGN.  She studied physics at the University of Pittsburgh, where her research focus was galaxy evolution and post-starburst galaxies.  When she's not at work, you can find Maggie reading or biking around campus.
